His vision: to create the perfect blend of an active, vibrant bar environment with a flavorful and enjoyable dining experience so that people wouldn't be forced to sacrifice good food to enjoy the fun of their local pub. After recruiting the help of Chef Jacinto Saenz, Paul's vision and hard work has become a reality, and he welcomes you to come and see for yourself. The Hoboken Bar & Grill offers a friendly, fun atmosphere, as well as one of the finest, most eclectic menus in town. Offering everything from traditional favorites like Pulled Pork Sliders, Fish 'N' Chips, and Wings, to high end signature dishes including Grilled Chicken Mac 'N' Cheese, Roasted Sea Scallops, and an assortment of Angus steak selections and fresh fish entrees.
