With a passion for all things Mexican and a love of Japanese cuisine, the owners of Las Olas decided to bring something new to uptown Hoboken. Thus, in the fall of 2011, Las Olas was born!
Las Olas, meaning “the waves” in Spanish, combines classic latin dishes and unique sushi combinations that will delight the whole family. We invite you and your loved ones to join us in this celebration of cultures.
