A modern reincarnation of a fine old west saloon. A watering hole worthy enough to have attracted the likes of Doc Holiday, Johnny Ringo, Wyatt Earp ……you know the names! This would’ve been their hang-out!

We’re serving up eats of finest ingredients to create all of your comfortable favorites. Choose a burger made from our hand selected beef blend, create-your-own salad from a list of fresh produce, or a quick snack from our saloon bites.

To wash it all down, as a legendary saloon once bragged, we’ll be serving ‘the best brands of old sour mash whiskeys in the state’ as well as ‘ice cold’ beer’. You may also have one of our prideful barkeeps mix you up a tarantula juice or some coffin varnish or maybe something a little more fancy but don’t ask for any foreign stuff.

The entertainment won’t include faro or poker tables but the atmosphere will lend itself to all different kinds of events……birthdays, bachelor & bachelorette parties, corporate functions. Or just come for r&r with b(eer)&b(ourbon) to catch your favorite sporting events on the cinema-style big screens.

Let the doors swing open to endless possibilities ….except for gunslinging. Our high noon style showdowns are settled in the ring and they’re judged 8 seconds at a time!
